ORDINANCE NS-907 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 615 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL <br />DISTRICT MAP 4-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 615 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application 615, filed by JOHN T. <br />KIMBRELL for a change in District classification from the R-1 District <br />to the R-4 District, and said Commission, by its Resolution No. 5825, <br />has recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with <br />Exhibit AA 615 A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA~, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />said reclassification on published notice as required by law and does <br />now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general welfare <br />require the following amendment, and that the use under the new <br />classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the city of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at that point where the center line of Tustin Avenue <br /> intersects the center line of Santa Clara Avenue; thence easterly <br /> along the center line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of <br /> 330 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence <br /> northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line <br /> of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 660 feet, more or less; thence <br /> easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line <br /> of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 990.3 feet, more or less, <br /> to the easterly boundary line of the City of Santa Aha; thence <br /> southerly along the easterly boundary line of the city of Santa <br />Aha for a distance of 574.6 feet, more or less; thence southwesterly <br />along the northerly right of way line of the Newport Freeway for a <br />distance of 564.8 feet, more or less; thence southerly for a <br />distance of 50 feet, more or less, to the center line of Santa <br />Clara Avenue; thence westerly along the center line of Santa Clara <br />Avenue for a distance of 427.9 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING, <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-4 District, and <br />Sectional District Map 4-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 615 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of Santa Aha <br />at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of J~nuary~968~. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> I, DORIS M.
