267 feet, more or less; thence easterly along the line approximately parallel to the center line of Fairhaven Avenue for a distance of 285 feet, more or less, to the center line of Glassell Avenue and the existing boundary line of the City of Santa Ana; thence southerly along the center line of Glassell Avenue and along the Santa Ana City boundary line for a distance of 94.37 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, is hereby prezoned and classified from the County of Orange A-1 District to the City of Santa Aha C-5 District, and Sectional District Map 31-4-9 is hereby amended to show said prezoning and classification in accordance with Exhibit AA 620 A. SECTION 3: That this prezoning and classification shall become effective whensoever in the future the hereinabove described property is annexed to the City of Santa Aha, or thirty days from and after the date of the adoption of this Ordinance, whichever shall be the later date.
