ORDINANCE NS-792AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-774 CHANGING <br />DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS ON APPLICATION OF ~ETT C. <br />ROGERS TO CORRECT ERROR IN THE DESCRIPTION THEREIN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 18, 1965, the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana adopted Ordinance NS-774 changing District classifications <br />and amending Sectional District Map 1-5-10, (Exhibit AA 527 B); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Ordinance contained descriptions of two parcels <br />of real property and in each a typographical error occurred in stating <br />the number of feet of run along one of the courses in said descriptions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION l: That this City Council hereby finds and declares <br />that an error has occurred, as hereinabove set out, in each of the <br />descriptions of real property contained in Ordinance N$-774. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the corrections of typographical errors next <br />hereinbelow set out are hereby adopted to be in effect as though <br />correctly shown in the original draft of said Ordinance NS-774, as <br />follows: <br /> (a) That the distance shown in the fourth course in Parcel 1, <br /> in line 10 of said description as "974 feet" is hereby <br /> corrected to read "929 feet"; <br /> (b) That the distance shown in the third course in Parcel 2 <br /> in line 10 of said description as "974 feet" is hereby <br /> corrected to read "929 feet". <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed <br />to indicate on the official copies of Ordinance NS-774 the fact of <br />the adoption of this Ordinance NS-792 and to indicate by means of <br />longhand pen notation the nature of the corrections made. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting ~eld on the 5th day of April, 1965. <br /> <br />A~TEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
