ORDINANCE NS-800 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON A~ENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 542 FILED BY <br />DR. RICHARD F. KAMMERMAN AND DR. RAYMOND F. JONES <br />AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT lv~P 7-5-9 <br />(EXHIBIT AA 542 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 542, filed by <br />DR. RICHARD F. KAM/~ERMAN and DR. RAYMOND F. JONES for a change in <br />District classification from the R-3 District to the P District, and <br />said Commission has recommended approval of said reclassification in <br />accordance with Exhibit 542 A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under <br />the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> Beginning at a point on the center line of Washington Avenue <br /> located 455.5 feet, more or less, easterly from that point where <br /> the center line of Washington Avenue intersects the center line <br /> of French Street as it exists north of Washington Avenue; thence <br /> northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line <br /> of French Street for a distance of 275 feet, more or less; thence <br />easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of <br />Fourteenth Street for a distance of 48.2 feet, more or less; thence <br />southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of <br />French Street for a distance of 75 feet, more or less; thence <br />easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of <br />Fourteenth Street for a distance of 94.3 feet, more or less, to the <br />center line of an unnamed street; thence southerly along the center <br />line of said unnamed street for a distance of 200 feet, more or <br />less, to the center line of Washington Avenue; thence westerly <br />along the center line of Washington Avenue for a distance of <br />143.5 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-3 District to the P District, and <br />Sectional District Map 7-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 542 A. <br /> SECTION 2: 'l~nat this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> I, DORIS M.
