ORDINANCE NS-803 AMENDING SECTION 9271. OF THE <br />SANTA A~tA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SUB-SECTION (ee) <br />TO ESTABLISH FLVi~URE RIGHT OF WAY LINES ON <br />SUNFLOWER AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Commission has recommended the establishment of future right of <br />way lines on Sunflower Avenue between Bear and Bristol Streets; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing before the City Council, on notice <br />as required by law, said Council has determined that said right of <br />way lines should be established. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 9271. of the Santa Aha Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended by adding thereto a new sub-section (ee) in <br />words and figures as follows: <br /> <br />(ee) Sunflower Avenue. <br /> <br />(1) On the north side, 60 feet from the center line, <br /> between Bear Street and Bristol Street. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: float this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of May, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
