ORDINANCE NS-805 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 547 FILED BY RALPH W. <br />DRENNAN AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 13-5-10 <br />(EXHIBIT AA 547 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 547, filed by <br />RALPH W. DRENNAN, for a change in District classification from the <br />R-1 District to the R-3 District, and said Commission has reconauended <br />APPROVAL of said reclassification; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under <br />the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the center line of Brook Street located <br /> 232.5 feet, more or less, easterly frcan that point where the <br /> center line of Brook Street intersects the center line of Bristol <br /> Street; thence easterly along the center line of Brook Street for <br /> a distance of 100 feet, more or less; thence southerly along a <br /> line approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street <br /> for a distance of 168 feet, more or less, to the center line of <br /> an alley; thence westerly along the center line of said alley for <br /> a distance of 100 feet, more or less; thence northerly along a <br /> line approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street <br /> for a distance of 168 feet, more or less, to the center line of <br /> Brook Street and the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-3 District, and <br />Sectional District Map 13-5-10 ks hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 547 A. <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of May, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
