ORDINANCE NS-808 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 539 FILED BY SECURITY <br />FORE CORPORATION AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT <br />MAP 26-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 539 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 539, filed by <br />SECURITY FORE CORPORATION for a change in District classification <br />from the R-4 District to the R-1 and C-4 Districts, and said <br />Commission has recommended approval of said reclassification in <br />accordance with Exhibit AA 539 A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses <br />under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Warner Avenue <br />located 340 feet, more or less, westerly from that point <br />where said center line intersects the center line of <br />Bristol Street; thence southerly along a line approximately <br />parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for a <br />distance of 360 feet, more or less; ~nence easterly along <br />a line approximately parallel to the center line of Warner <br />Avenue for a distance of 340 feet, more or less, to the <br />center line of Bristol Street; thence southerly along the <br />center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 2197.4 <br />feet, more or less; thence westerly along a line approxi- <br />mately parallel to the center line of SegerstromAvenue <br />for a distance of 365 feet, more or less; thence northerly <br />along a line approximately parallel to the center line of <br />Bristol Street for a distance of 1023.6 feet, more or less; <br />thence northwesterly for a distance of 245 feet, more or <br />less; ~nence northerly and continuing along a line <br />approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street <br />for a distance of 940 feet, more or less; thence westerly <br />along a line approximately parallel to the center line of <br />Warner Avenue for a distance of 245 feet, more or less; <br />thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to <br />the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of <br />360 feet, more or less, to the center line of Warner Avenue; <br />thence easterly along the center line of Warner Avenue for <br />a distance of 320 feet, more or less, to ~he point of <br />beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-4 District to the C-4 District, and <br />Sectional District Map 26-5-10 is hereby amended to show said re- <br />classification in accordance with Exhibit AA 539 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point located 360 feet, more or less, <br />southerly from the center line of Warner Avenue and 660 <br />feet, more Or less, westerly from the center line of Bristol <br />Street; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel <br />to the center line of Warner Avenue for a distance of <br />245 feet, more or less; thence southerly along the westerly <br />line of Parcel 1 as hereinabove described for a distance <br />of 940 feet, more or less; thence southeasterly and <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
