ORDINANCE NS-810 CHA/qGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDME~ APPLICATION NO. 551 FILED BY JACK W. <br />MULLANANDAMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP26-5-10 <br />(EXHIBIT AA 551 A) <br /> <br /> WHERF2%S, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 551, filed by <br />JACK W. MULLAN for a change in District classification from the R-4 <br />DistrAct to the C-4 District, and said Commission has recommended <br />approval of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 551 A; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under <br />the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU~CIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described ass <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of SegerstromAvenue <br />located 200 feet, more or less, westerly from that point where <br />said center line intersects the center line of Bristol Street; <br />thence westerly along the center line of Segerstrom Avenue for <br />a distance of 397.6 feet, more or less; thence northerly for a <br />distance of 42 feet, more or less, to the south property line of <br />the subject property; thence northwesterly for a distance of <br />118.4 feet, more or less; thence northerly along a line approxi- <br />mately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for a <br />distance of 474.3 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a <br />line approximately parallel to the center line of Segerstrom <br />Avenue for a distance of 614.9 feet, more or less, to the center <br />line of Bristol Street; thence southerly along the center line of <br />Bristol Street for a distance of 436.2 feet, more or less; thence <br />westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line <br />of Segerstrom Avenue for a distance of 200 feet, more or less; <br />thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center <br />line of Bristol Street for a distance of 192 feet, more or less, <br />to the center line of SegerstromAvenue and the point of beginning, <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-4 District to the C-4 District, and <br />Sectional District Map 26-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 551 A. <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> I, DORIS M.
