ORDINANCE NS-Sll CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 552 FILED BY OBANGE <br />COUNTY LAW BUILDING AND AM~IDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT <br />MAP 12-5-10 (~D~{IBIT AA 552 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Co~.,,ission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 522, filed by the <br />ORANGE COUNTYLAW BUILDING, a California corporation, for a change <br />in District classification from the P District to the CD District, <br />and said Commission has recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification <br />in accordance with Exhibit 552 A; and <br /> <br /> WHERF~ the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and the use under <br />the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> Begin~ing at a point on the center line of Birch Street located <br /> 265.2 feet, more or less, northerly from that point where said <br /> center line intersects the center line of Eighth Street; thence <br /> westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line <br /> of Eighth Street for a distance of 130 feet, more or less; thence <br /> northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line <br /> of Birch Street for a distance of 200 feet, more or less; thence <br /> easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line <br /> of Eighth Street for a distance of 130 feet, more or less, to the <br /> center line of Birch Street; thence southerly along the center <br /> line of Birch Street for a distance of 200 feet, more or less, to <br /> the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the P District to the CD District, and <br />Sectional District Map 12-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclas- <br />sification in accordance with Exhibit AA 552 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br /> from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21~ day of J~e, }965. <br /> <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
