ORDINANCE NS-818 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENTAPPLICATION NO. 557t FILED BY MARGARET <br />L. HALL, AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 8-5-9 <br />(EXHIBIT AA 557 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 557, filed by <br />MARGARET L. HALL for a change in District classification from the <br />R-1 District to the LP District, and said commission has recommended <br />APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit 557-A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public interest and necessity require <br />the following amendment and that the use under the new classification <br />will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Fourth Street.located <br />975.23 feet, more or less, westerly from that point where said <br />center line intersects the center line of Tustin Avenue; thence <br />westerly along the center line of Fourth Street for a distance of <br />483.21 feet, more or less; thence northerly along a line approxi- <br />mately parallel to the center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance <br />of 913.54 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line approxi- <br />mately parallel to the center line of Fourth Street for a distance <br />of 483.21 feet, more or less; thence southerly along a line <br />approximately parallel to the center line of Tustin Avenue for a <br />distance of 913.54 feet, more or less, to the center line of <br />Fourth Street and the point of beginning, <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the LP District, and <br />Sectional District Map 8-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 557 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of September, 1965. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
