ORDINANCE NS-826 ~WANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 558, FILED BY PAUL V. <br />BANKS, AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICTMAP 13-5-10 <br />(E~IBIT AA 558 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Co~nission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application NO. 558, filed by <br />PAUL V. BANKS, for a change in District classification frc~ the R-1 <br />District to the R-3 District, and said Commission has rec~ended <br />APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit 558 A; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the city Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under <br />the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THERKFOP. E, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ARA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br /> County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the center line of Cubbon Street located <br /> 232.5 feet, more or less, easterly from that point where the <br /> center line of Cubbon Street intersects the center line of Bristol <br /> Street; thence westerly along the center line of Cubbon Street for <br /> a distance of 106.3 feet, more or less, to the center line of an <br /> alley; thence northerly along the center line of said alley for a <br /> distance of 163 feet, more or less; thence easterly, continuing <br /> along the center line of said alley, for a distance of 106.3 feet, <br /> more or less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel <br /> to the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 163 feet, <br /> more or less, to the center line of Cubbon Street;a~'d the point of <br /> beginning, <br /> is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-3 District, and <br />Sectional District Map 13-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with ExhibitAA 558 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th,day of October, 1965. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
