ORDINANCE NS-831 CORRECTING AN ERROR IN THE <br />DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN ORDINANCE NS-821 <br />RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION <br />NO. 559 FILED BY R. J. AND SYLVIA D. BERRY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore a change in District classification from <br />the R-1 District to the C-1 District was adopted by Ordinance NS-821 <br />on September 20, 1965; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, thereafter it was discovered that the parcel as shown <br />on Sectional District Map 8-5-10 (Exhibit AA 559 A) was in error in <br />the dimensions set forth on said map and that the same errors were <br />contained in the description of said property set forth in said <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance NS-821 is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at that point where the center line of Cooper Street <br /> intersects the center line of Bolsa Avenue; thence westerly <br /> along the center line of Bolsa Avenue for a distance of 165.2 <br /> feet, more or less; thence northerly for a distance of 254.9 feet, <br /> more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel <br /> to the center line of Bolsa Avenue for a distance of 165.2 feet, <br /> more or less, to the center line of Cooper Street; thence <br /> southerly along the center line of Cooper Street for a distance <br /> of 254.9 feet, more or less, to the center line of Bolsa Avenue <br /> and the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the C-1 District <br />and Sectional District Map 8-5-10 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 559 A. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the f ~ <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF OP~%NGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
