ORDINANCE NS-833 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON ~4ENDPiE~£ APPLICATION NO. 568, FILED BY JUSTIN NIPPOLD, ET AL., AND A~NDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT I~P 16-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 568 A) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 568, filed by JUSTIN NIPPOLD, et al., for a change in District classification from the A-1 District to the C-2 District and the R-4 District, and said Commission has recommended approval of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 568 A; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendments and that the use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, TI~EREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: ~hat the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of orange, State of California, described as: PARCEL 1: Beginning at a point on the westerly right of way line of · the Orange County Flood Control Drainage Channel, said point being located 1850.1 feet, more or less, southerly from the center line of Bolsa Avenue and 660.4 feet easterly from the center line of Euclid Street; thence westerly along the proposed center line of Davit Street and its easterly extension for a distance of 660.4 feet, more or less, to the center line of Euclid Street; thence northerly along the center line of Euclid Street for a distance of 858 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Bolsa Avenue for a distance of 660.5 feet, more or less; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Euclid Street for a distance of 329.7 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Bolsa Avenue for a distance of 330.0 feet, more or less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Euclid Street for a distance of 656.6 feet, more or less; thence easterly for a distance of 120.0 feet, more or less, to a point on the westerly right of way line of the Orange County Flood Control Drainage Channel; thence southwesterly along said westerly right of way line to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-4 District and Sectional District i4ap 16-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 568 A. SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point located 662.4 feet, more or less, southerly from the center line of Bolsa Avenue and 660.6 feet, more or less, easterly from the center line of Euclid Street, said point being the northwest corner of Parcel 1, hereinabove described; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Euclid Street for a distance of 412.4 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Bolsa Avenue for a distance of 330.0 feet, more or less;
