ORDINANCE NS-834 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS
<br />ON AMENDMENT A~PLICATION NO. 572, FILED BY
<br />ROSABELLE CORRY AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT
<br />MAP 15-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 572 B)
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Cc~mission has given notice of and duly
<br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 572 filed by
<br />ROSABELLE COP~Y for a change in District classification from the
<br />R-i, R-lB, and C-2 Districts to the C-1 District, and said C~%Lission,
<br />by its Resolution 5758, recommended APPROVAL of reclassification in
<br />accordance with Exhibit 572 B reclassifying the subject property from
<br />the R-l, R-lB, and C-2 Districts to the R-lB and C-5 Districts; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
<br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
<br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
<br />under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the
<br />surrounding area.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
<br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
<br />County of Orange, State of California, described as:
<br />
<br />PARCEL 1:
<br />
<br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Fairview Street
<br />located 202 feet, more or less, southerly from that point
<br />where said center line intersects the center line of First
<br />Street; thence southerly along the center line of Fairview
<br />Street for a distance of 585.1 feet, more or less; thence
<br />northwesterly for a distance of 52 feet, more or less, to
<br />~he westerly right of way line of Fairview Street; thence
<br />westerly for a distance of 61 feet, more or less; thence
<br />northerly for a distance of 550.5 feet, more or less;
<br />thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the
<br />center line of First Street for a distance of 206.2 feet,
<br />more or less, to the point of beginning,
<br />
<br />is hereby reclassified from the R-i, R-lB, and C-2 Districts to the
<br />C-5 District, and Sectional District Map 15-5-10 is hereby amended
<br />to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 572B.

<br /> SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
<br />County of Orange, State of California, described as:

<br />Beginning at a point located 202.0 feet, more or less,
<br />southerly of the center line of First Street and 231.2 feet,
<br />more or less, westerly of the center line of Falrview Street;i
<br />thence easterly for a distance of 25 feet, more or less, to
<br />the northwest corner of Parcel 1, hereinabove described;
<br />thence southerly along the westerly boundary of said
<br />Parcel 1 for a distance of 550.5 feet, more or less; thence
<br />easterly for a distance of 61 feet, more or less, to the
<br />westerly right of way line of Fairview Street; thence south-
<br />easterly for a distance of 52 feet, more or less, to the
<br />center line of Fairv&ew Street; thence southwesterly along
<br />the center line of Fairview Street for a distance of
<br />203.2 feet, more or less; thence northwesterly for a distance
<br />of 52 feet, more or less, to the westerly right of way line
<br />of Fairview Street; thence northerly for a distance of
<br />726.5 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning,
<br />
<br />is hereby reclassified from the R-l, R-lB, and C-2 Districts to the
<br />R-lB District, and Sectional District Map 15-5-10 is hereby amended
<br />to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 572B.
