ORDINANCE NS-843 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMF~NDMENT APPLICATION NO. ,581 FILED BY INCOME <br />CENTERS INC., AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT <br />MAP 14-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 581 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Co~ission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 581, filed by <br />INCOME CENTERS INC., for a change in District classification from <br />the M-1 District to the R-4 District, and said Commission has <br />rec~,.,ended approval of said reclassification in accordance with <br />Exhibit 581 A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under <br />the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding area. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at that point where the center line of Chestnut Avenue <br /> intersects the center line of Daisy Avenue; thence westerly along <br /> the center line of Chestnut Avenue for a distance of 1005 feet, <br /> more or less, to the center line of Center Street; thence northerly <br /> along the center line of Center Street for a distance of 439 feet, <br /> more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel <br /> to the center line of Chestnut Avenue for a distance of 779.1 fee~ <br /> more or less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel <br /> to the center line of Daisy Avenue for a distance of 134 feet, <br /> more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel <br /> to the center line of Chestnut Avenue for a distance of 225.9 feet, <br /> more or less; thence southerly along the center line of Daisy Avenue <br /> for a distance of 305 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the M-1 District to the R-4 District, and <br />Sectional District Map 14-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 581 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the l~th day of April, 1966. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> I, DORIS M.
