ORDINANCE NS-845 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 584, FILED BY CHARLES <br />L'ALLIER, AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP <br />13-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 584 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 584, filed by <br />CHARLES L'ALLIER, for a change in District classification from the <br />R-1 District to the R-3 District, and said Commission has recommended <br />approval of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit 584 A; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the center line of Highland Street located <br /> 532 feet, more or less, easterly from the center line of Bristol <br /> Street; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the <br /> center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 165 feet, mc~ or <br /> less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the <br /> center line of Highland Street for a distance of 50 feet, more or <br /> less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the <br /> center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 165 feet, more or <br /> less, to the center line of Highland Street; thence westerly along <br /> the center line of Highland Street for a distance of 50 feet, more <br /> or less, to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-3 District, and <br />Sectional District Map 13-5-10 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 584 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />DORIS M.
