ORDINANCE NS-852 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 591, FILED BY CLARENCE <br />C. HUMPHRIES, AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP <br />16-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 591 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning C~ission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 591, filed by <br />CLARENCE C. HUMPHRIES for a change in District classification fr~n <br />the A-1 District to the R-2 District, and said Conmnission has <br />recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with <br />Exhibit 591-A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of McFadden Avenue, said <br />point being located 660 feet, more or less, westerly fro~ that <br />point where said center line of McFadden Avenue intersects the <br />center line of Harbor Boulevard; thence westerly along the center <br />line of McFadden Avenue for a distance of 330 feet, more or less; <br />thence northerly along along a line approximately parallel to the <br />center line of Harbor Boulevard for a distance of 660 feet, more <br />or less; thence easterly along a line approx/mately parallel to <br />the center line of McFadden Avenue for a distance of 330 feet, <br />more or less; thence southerly along a line spproximately parallel <br />to the center line of Harbor Boulevard for a distance of 660 feet, <br />more or less, to the center line of McFadden Avenue and the point <br />of beginning, <br />is hereby reclassified fro~ the A-i District to the R-2 District, and <br />Sectional District Map 16-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 591 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of August, 1966. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CiTY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
