ORDINANCE NS-854 AMENDING SUB-SECTION (b) OF <br />SECTION 9271 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE <br />TO AMEND THE ESTABLISHED FUTURE RIGHT OF ~AY <br />LINE OF WASHINGTON AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Commission has recommended that the established future right of way <br />line along the north side of Washington Avenue be amended; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing before the City Council, on notice as <br />required by law, said Council determined that said established <br />right of way line should be amended. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES O~DAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION t: That Sub-section (b) of Section 9271 of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended to read in words and figures as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(b) Washington Avenue from Flower Street to Grand Avenue <br /> (1) On the North side, 30 feet from the center line between <br /> Flower and Bush Streets, except the area extending from <br /> the center line of Broadway to a point 183 feet easterly. <br /> <br /> (2) On the North side, 35 feet from the center line, from <br /> Bush Street to the Santa Ana Freeway. <br /> <br /> (3) On the South side, 40 feet from center line, between <br /> Flower and Bush Streets. <br /> (4) On the South side, 35 feet from center line, between <br /> Bush Street and Grand Avenue. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of August, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
