ORDINANCE NS-856 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 593 FILED BY VELMA DALLUGE <br />AND AMENDING SRCTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 23-5-10 <br />(E~HIBIT AA 593 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 593, filed by <br />VELMA G. DALLUGE for a change in District classification fro~a the <br />R-2 District to the C-5 District, and said Ccm~nission, by its <br />Resolution 5784, APPROVED said reclassification in accordance with <br />Exhibit 593 A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of SantaAna, <br />County of Orange, State Of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the center line of West Edinger Avenue, <br /> said point being located 1032.9 feet, more or less, westerly from <br /> that point where said center line intersects the center line of <br /> Greenville Street; thence southerly for a distance of 141 feet, <br /> more or less; thence westerly along a line approximately parallel <br /> to the center line of Edinger Avenue for a distance ofg0 feet, <br /> more or less; thence northerly for a distance of 141 feet, more <br /> or less, to the center line of Edinger Avenue; thence easterly <br /> along the center line of Edinger Avenue for a distance of 90 feet, <br /> more or less, to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the C-5 District, and <br />Sectional District Map 23-5-10 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 593 A. <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of August, 1966. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
