SECTION 2= This is an ordinance necessary to the General Municipal Election to be held April 4, 1967; the sole purpose of this Ordinance is to change the Ward lines and to establish Wards for the holding of said Election; therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect upon the date of its publication.
