ORDINANCE NO. NS-2156 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />CHANGING AND ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARY <br /> LINES OF THE WARDS OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, on January 21, 1992, the City <br />Council by its Resolution 92-004, declared its intention to change <br />the boundary lines of the Wards in the City of Santa Aha, which <br />said Resolution was regularly published as required by Section <br />101.4 of the Charter of the City of Santa Aha and gave notice of <br />public hearing to be held on February 3, 1992; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That the boundaries of the wards of the city <br />of Santa Ana are hereby changed and established as set forth on the <br />map attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit <br /> <br /> Section 2: That the Clerk of the Council shall cause a <br />map diagram showing the new boundary lines of each and every ward <br />to be published in the Register not less than thirty (30) days <br />prior to the general municipal election. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 2nd day of }larch , 1992. <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />(~a~ice C.
