ORDINANCE NS-868 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFI-
<br />CATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 596
<br />FILED BY RICHARD V. JORDAN, AND AMENDING
<br />SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 26-5-10, (EXHIBIT AA 596 A)
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
<br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 596, filed by
<br />Richard V. Jordan for a change in district classification from the
<br />C-4 District to the CR, and said Commission by its Resolution 5795
<br />has reco~mlended approval of said reclassification in accordance
<br />with Exhibit AA 596 A, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
<br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience,
<br />and general welfare require the following amendments and that the
<br />use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
<br /> surrounding property;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
<br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
<br />County of Orange, State of California, described as:
<br />
<br />Beginning at a point on the center line of
<br />Bristol Street that is 628.2 feet, more or
<br />less, north of the intersecting center lines
<br />of Segerstrc~a Avenue and Bristol Street;
<br />thence, westerly 614.9 feet, more or less;
<br />thence, southerly 474.3 feet, more or less;
<br />thence, southeasterly 118.4 feet, more or
<br />less, to the northerly line of Segerstrom
<br />Avenue; thence, southerly 42 feet to the
<br />centerline of Segerstrom Avenue; thence east-
<br />erly 397.6 feet, more or less; thence, north-
<br />erly 192 feet, more or less; thence, easterly
<br />200 feet, more or less, to the center line of
<br />Bristol Street; thence, northerly 436.6 feet,
<br />more or less, to the point of beginning,
<br />
<br />is hereby reclassified fro~ the C-4 District to the CR District,
<br />and Sectional District Map 26-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
<br />reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 596 A.
<br />
<br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
<br />days from and after the date of its adoption.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of March, 1967.
