ORDINANCE NS-877 DECLARING THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED "LYON & McFADDEN N.E. ANNEX" TO THE CITY OF SANTA ANA W~EREAS, on the 20th day of March, 1967, the City Council of Santa Aha declared its intention to annex uninhabited terri- tory by Resolution 67-33, which said Resolution was regularly published as required by law and gave notice of a protest hear- ing to be held on May 1, 1967, which hearing was regularly held; after final adjournment of said hearing on protests it was found and declared by Resolution 67-57 that a majority protest had not been made. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~4E CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That it finds and declares that said territory hereinbelow described, was uninhabited at the time Resolution 67-33 was adopted initiating this proceeding; was contiguous to the City of Santa Ana, and shall not be taxed to pay any indebted- ness of the city existing at the time of this annexation. SECTION 2: That all of the territory situated in the County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at an angle point in the City boundary of the City of Santa Aha, said angle point being 10 feet Westerly from the monumented center line of Lyon Street as established on October 3, 1955 by Ordinance Number NS-135, said point of beginning being a point on the East line of that certain territory annexed to the City of Santa Ana on August 20, 1888 by Ordinance Number 73, said point of beginning being on the North- west corner of the McFadden and Lyon S. E. Annex to the City of Santa Ana, which was annexed by Ordinance Number NS-312, on April 7, 1958, said point of begin- ning being 20 feet Northerly from the center line of McFadden Street; and running thence North 88° 55' 45" East along a line parallel with and 20 feet Northerly, measured at right angles, from said center line of McFadden Street and along the City boundary of the City of Santa Ana as annexed by Ordinance Number NS-312, a distance of 572.40 feet to the Southwesterly right of way line of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Rail- road; thence South 50° 44' 22" East along said South- westerly line of the Railroad and along said City boundary 60.18 feet to the Northwest corner of the McFadden and Tustin S. W. Annex to the City of Santa Ana, by Ordinance Number NS-406, and to a point on a line parallel with and 20 feet South, measured at right angles from the center line of McFadden Street; thence North 88° 55' 45" East along said parallel line and along said City boundary as annexed by Ordinance Number NS-406, a distance of 142 feet more or less to the Southwest corner of the Williams Street Annexation Number 2 to the City of Tustin, as annexed by Ordinance Number 233; thence departing from said City boundary North 0° 31' 31" East 1,032.13 feet along said City boundary of the City of Tustin as annexed by Ordinance Number 233 to an angle point in said City of Tustin boundary; thence North 88° 33' 15" East 75.24 feet along said City boundary of Tustin to an angle point in said City boundary; thence North 0° 33' 00" West 867.10 feet along said City boundary of Tustin to an angle point into the West Main Street Annexation to the City of Tustin, as annexed by Ordinance Number 226; thence South 88° 33' 15" West 393.57 feet along said City boundary of the City of Tustin as annexed by Ordi- nance Nunuber 226 to an angle point in said City boundary; thence North 0° 33' 00" West 247.08 feet along said
