ORDINANCE NS-882 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENTAPPLICATION NO. 602 FILED BY RONALD <br />M. BUCK, AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 5-5-9 <br />(EXHIBIT AA 602 B) <br /> <br /> WHEPdEAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 602, filed by <br />RONAT~D M. BUCK for a change in District classification from the LP <br />District to the C-5 District, and said Commission, by its Resolution <br />5806, recommended approval of reclassification of the subject property <br />from the LP District to the LPB District to permit commercial parking <br />on the subject property; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Santa Clara Avenue, <br />said point being located 365 feet, more or less, westerly from <br />that point where the center line of Santa Clara Avenue intersects <br />the center line of Tustin Avenue; thence westerly along the center <br />line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 90 feet, more or less; <br />thence num-~erly along a line approximately parallel to the center <br />line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 658.2 feet, more or less; <br />thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center <br />line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 90 feet, more or less; <br />thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center <br />line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 658.2 feet, more or less, <br />to the point of beginning, <br />is hereby reclassified from the LP District to the LPB District, and <br />Sectional District Map 5-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 602(B). <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the Cit~~na <br />at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of Ju~y, i~F. /J /~ <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> I, DORIS M.
