ORDINANCE NS-887 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON <br />AMENDMENT APPLICATION 605 FILED BY ROGER J. ZIMPELMANN <br />AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 1-5-10 <br /> (EXHIBIT AA 605 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and <br />duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No, 605, filed <br />by ROGER J. ZIMPELMANN for a change in District classification from <br />the R-2 District to the R-2-B District and said Commission by its <br />Resolution 5809 ~as recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification <br />in accordance with EXHIBIT AA 605 A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing <br />on notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, <br />and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the <br />use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa <br />Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />A rectangularly shaped parcel 56 feet by 90 feet located <br />immediately adjacent to and north of the parcel at the <br />northwest corner of Seventeenth and Ross Streets, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the R-2-B District <br />and Sectional District Map 1-5-10 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification in accordance with EXHIBIT AA 605 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />days from and after its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 7th/ day of~/9/~ ~ <br /> <br /> '~ - ' 'MAY6~- <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
