ORDINANCE NO. NS-888 AMENDING SECTION 3280 OF <br />THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE OR ADD <br />PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS ON FAIRHAVEN AVENUE, <br />FAIRVIEW STREET, GREENVILLE STREET, HALLADAY <br />STREET, MEMORY LANE, SEVENTEENTH STREET, TUSTIN <br />AVEnue'., AND WARNER AVENUE <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That Section 3280 of Part 8, Chapter 2, Article <br />III of the Santa Ana Municipal Code shall be and is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 3280. Prima Facie Speed Limits Established <br /> <br /> The Department of Public Works, on the basis of an engineering <br />and traffic survey, has determined that in some instances speeds <br />greater than those established by Section 23352 of the Vehicle <br />Code would be reasonable and safe upon certain streets in the City <br />of Santa Aha and would facilitate the orderly movement of vehicular <br />traffic, and in other instances that the prima facie speed limit <br />should be reduced. Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 22357 <br />and 22358 of the Vehicle Code prima facie speed limits are estab- <br />lished for the following streets or parts of streets within the <br />City and the Director of Public Works shall cause signs to be <br />erected giving notice thereof: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Bolsa Avenue (First Street) <br />---Harbor Blvd. to the W.
