Section 8. That for the purpose of holding said <br />election there are hereby established sixty-four (64) <br />voting precincts designated as hereinafter stated and each <br />consisting of the regular election precincts in said city <br />of the numbers hereinafter stated, as said regular election <br />precincts have been established by the Board of Supervisors <br />of Orange County for the purpose of holding state and county <br />elections and exist on the date this ordinance is adopted. <br />The polling places for the respective voting precincts shall <br />be the places hereinafter designated, and the persons here- <br />inafter named, being competent and qualified electors and <br />residents of said city and of their respective voting pre- <br />cincts, are hereby appointed officers of election for their <br />respective voting precincts and they shall hold said election <br />and make return thereof in the manner provided by law. The <br />polling places, officers of election and voting precincts <br />above referred to are as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto <br />and by this reference made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> ~ection 9. That except as otherwise provided in <br />this ordinance, the election called hereby shall be conducted <br />as provided by law for other municipal elections in said city. <br /> <br /> Section 10. That the Clerk of the Council shall <br />cause this ordinance to be published once a day for at least <br />seven days in the REGISTER, a newspaper of general circulation <br />in said city published at least six days a week. <br /> <br /> No other notice of such election need be given. <br /> <br /> Section ll.
