ORDINANCE NS-895 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 610 FILED BY KEYSTONE <br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION AND AMENDING SECTIONAL <br />DISTRICT MAP 15-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 610 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 610, filed by <br />KEYSTONE SAVINGS AiQD LOAN ASSOCIATION, a California corporation, for <br />a change in District classification from the A-1 District to the C-2 <br />District, and said Commission, by its Resolution No. 5817, has <br />recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with <br />Exhibit AA 610 A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and <br />general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at that point on the center line of McFadden Avenue <br /> located 380 feet, more or less, easterly from that point where <br /> said center line intersects the center line of Harbor Boulevard; <br /> thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center <br /> line of Harbor Boulevard for a distance of 661.5 feet, more or <br /> less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the <br /> center line of McFadden Avenue for a distance of 280 feet, more <br /> or less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to <br /> the center line of Harbor Boulevard for a distance of 662.8 feet, <br /> more or less, to the center line of McFadden Avenue; thence <br /> westerly along the center line of McFadden Avenue for a distance <br /> of 280 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the C-2 District, and <br />Sectional District Map 15-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 610 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />2nd day of Oct~e~ <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
