ORDINANCE NS-898 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 611 FILED BY PACIFIC <br />SOUTHWESTERN P~OPERTIES A~D AMENDING SECTIONAL <br />DISTRICT MAP 12-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 611C) <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 611, filed by <br />PACIFIC SOUTHWESTERN PROPERTIES for a change in District classification <br />from the C-5, R-2, and ~-1 Districts to the C-4 District, and said <br />Commission, by its Resolution No. 5819, has recommended APPROVAL of <br />said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 611 C; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />said reclassification on published notice as required by law and does <br />now find that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare <br />require the following amendment, and that the use under the new <br />classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> Beginning at that point where the center line of Eighth Street <br /> intersects the center line of Bristol Street; thence southerly <br /> along the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 341.0 <br /> feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately <br /> parallel to the center line of Eighth Street for a distance of <br /> 481.0 feet, more or less; thence northerly along a line approxi- <br /> mately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for a <br /> distance of 86 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line <br /> approximately parallel to the center line of Eighth Street for a <br /> distance of 64 feet, more or less; thence northerly along a line <br /> approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for <br /> a distance of 280 feet, more or less, to the center line of <br /> Eighth Street; thence westerly along the center line of Eighth <br /> Street for a distance of 545.0 feet, more or less, to the center <br /> line of Bristol Street and the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the C-5, R-2, and R-1 Districts to the <br />C-4 District, and Sectional District Map 12-5-10 is hereby amended <br />to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 611 C. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of N~vember, 1967. <br /> <br />~A~ f/~ zT~x~-- VICE MAYOR <br />d~ERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
