ORDINANCE NS-899 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 613 INITIATED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTriCT MAP 12-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 613 B) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 613, initiated by the Planning Commission for a change in District classification from R-1 and R-2 Districts to the P District, and said Commission, by its Resolution 5820, has recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 613 B; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on said reclassification on published notice as required by law and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property.
