ORDINANCE NS-902 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 614 FIT.RD BY LLOYD <br />E. KLEIN AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP <br />11-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 614 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 614, filed by <br />LLOYD E. KLEIN for a change in District classification from the <br />R-1 District to the R-lB District, and said Commission, by its <br />Resolution 5823, has recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification <br />in accordance with Exhibit AA 614 A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />said reclassification on published notice as required by law and does <br />now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general welfare <br />require the lo.owing amendment, and that the use under the new <br />classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of King Street located <br />242.7 feet, more or less, southwesterly from that point where said <br />center line intersects the center line of Seventeenth Street; <br />thence southeasterly along a line perpendicular to the center line <br />of King Street for a distance of 30 feet; thence easterly along a <br />line approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth <br />Street for a distance of 160 feet, more or less; thence southerly <br />along a line approximately parallel to the center line of English <br />Street for a distance of 64 feet, more or less; thence westerly <br />along a line approximately parallel to the center line of <br />Seventeenth Street for a distance of 187.4 feet, more or less; <br />thence northwesterly along a line perpendicular to the center line <br />of King Street for a distance of 30 feet, to the center line of <br />King Street; thence northeasterly along the center line of King <br />Street for a distance of 72.2 feet, more or less, to the point of <br />beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-lB District, and <br />Sectional District Map 11-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 614 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City o,~f .q~n_~ta Ana <br />at its.regular meeting held on the 4th day of December,/~967./ ~/ <br />~TE,S T. <br /> <br />CT,R.
