ORDINANCE NS-954 AMENDING THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY AMENDING PART 7 OF CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE IX <br />T~EP~EOF KELATING TO FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY LINES AND <br />SPECIFIC PLANS FOR STREET ALIGNMENT <br /> <br /> WHEP. EAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Commission has recommended the establishment and re-establishment <br />of future right of way lines and specific plans for street align- <br />ment; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, after hearing before the City Council, on notice <br />as required by law, said Council determined that said future right <br />of way lines and said specific plans for street alignment should <br />be established and re-established and that the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code be amended to show such changes; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Sections 9271.1 through 9271.29 of Part 7, <br />Chapter 2, Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code are hereby <br />amended to read as follows, and that Sections 9271.30 through <br />9271.33 and Sections9271.60 and 9271.61 are hereby added to said <br />Part 7 to read in words and figures, as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 9271.1. Alton Street. <br /> (a) On both sides, forty (40) feet from survey center line, <br /> between Main Street and Halladay Street. <br /> <br />SECTION 9271.2. Bristol Street. <br /> (a) On both sides, fifty (50) feet from construction center <br /> line, between Sunflower Avenue and the Garden Grove <br /> Freeway. <br /> <br />SECTION 9271.3. Broadway. <br /> (a) On the west side, thirty-eight (38) <br /> <br /> (b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br /> feet from survey <br />center line, between First Street and Walnut Street. <br />On the east side, forty-two (42) feet from survey center <br />line, between First Street and Walnut Street. <br />On both sides, forty (40) feet from survey center line, <br />between Walnut Street and Main Street. <br /> <br />SECTION 9271.4. <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br /> Chestnut Avenue. <br /> <br />On the north, thirty (30) feet from survey center line, <br />between the Pacific Electric Railroad and the Southern <br />Pacific Railroad. <br />On the south side, fifty (50) feet from survey center line, <br />between the Pacific Electric Railroad and the Southern <br />Pacific Railroad. <br /> <br />(c) On both sides, between the Southern Pacific Railroad and <br /> Grand Avenue, forty (40) feet from construction center <br /> line as shown on Public Works Department's file 1-5-8 <br /> drawing. <br />(d) On the north side, thirty (30) feet from survey center line, <br /> between Grand Avenue and the Newport Freeway. <br /> <br />(e) On the south side, fifty (50) feet from survey center line, <br /> between Grand Avenue and the Newport Freeway. <br /> <br />SECTION 9271.5.
