ORDINANCE NS-958 REPEALING CHAPTER 2 OF ARTICLE VI <br />OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO EFFECT DISESTAB- <br />LISHMENT OF THE BUSINESS PROMOTION DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the City Council, by its Resolution 69-17, <br />declared its intention to disestablish the Business Promotion District <br />in downtown Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 17, 1969, a public hearing was duly held <br />on said disestablishment on published notice as required by law; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Chapter 2 of Article VI of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of March, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />'/M~YOf{ <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA AlgA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, MAXINE B.
