Section 9247.4(hh). Commercial Residential District. <br /> The minimum requirements for off-street parking for commercial <br />Residential Districts shall be as hereinafter provided: <br /> <br /> 3 square feet of parking area per one square foot of gross <br />commercial floor area; <br /> <br /> 1 1/2 square feet of parking area per one square foot of <br />gross professional and office floor area; <br /> 2 covered spaces per each dwelling unit, plus 1/4 covered <br />or uncovered space guest parking per each dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(ii). Loading Space Requirements. <br /> <br /> On the same land therewith, every building, structure or <br />part thereof, erected or occupied for manufacturing, storage <br />warehouse, goods display, department store, market, hotel, <br />hospital, funeral home, laundry, dry cleaning or other use <br />involving the receipt or distribution by vehicle of materials <br />or merchandise incidental to carrying on such activity shall <br />be provided with sufficient space for standing, loading, and <br />unloading vehicles to avoid undue interference with the public <br />use of streets and alleys. Such space shall be no less than <br />ten feet by twenty-five feet (10' x 25') for every ten thousand <br />square feet of floor area or outdoor storage area with a 14-foot <br />minimum height clearance, but shall not be a part of any area <br />used for off-street parking purposes. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(jj). SDecial Uses.Where Parking Requirements <br /> Have Not Been Designated Herein. <br /> <br /> For special uses, including airports, carnivals, and circuses, <br />amusement enterprises, and all other uses where parking require- <br />ments have not been designated herein, the Planning Director <br />shall make a determination in writing. Any determination by the <br />Planning Director may be appealed to the City Planning Commission <br />and the city Council. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of March, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, Florence I.
