ORDINANCE NS-962 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 643 FILED BY CARL J. AND <br />LENA A. KLATT AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP <br />5-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 643 A) <br /> <br /> W}{EREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 643, filed by <br />CARL J. and LENA A. KLATT,proposing to reclassify from the A-1 <br />District to the R-4 District the property hereinbelow described; <br />and said Commission, by its Resolution No. 5878, has recommended <br />APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA <br />643 A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing <br />on said reclassification on published notice as required by law and <br />does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general <br />welfare require that said property be reclassified from the A-1 <br />District to the R-4 District in accordance with Exhibit AA 643 A, <br />and that the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of california, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at that point where the center line of Tustin Avenue <br /> intersects the center line of Santa Clara Avenue; thence northerly <br /> along the center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 658.1 <br /> feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence <br /> westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line <br /> of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 834.6 feet, more or less; <br /> thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the <br /> center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 566.9 feet, more <br /> or less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to <br /> the center line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 834.6 feet, <br /> more or less, to the center line of Tustin Avenue; thence southerly <br /> along the center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 566.9 <br /> feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-4 District, and <br />Sectional District Map 5-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 643 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ' MAYOR <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
