PARCEL 3: Beginning at that point where the southerly right of way line of Pacific Electric Railroad intersects the center line of Bristol Street; thence northeasterly, following the said right of way line of Pacific Electric Railroad for a distance of 537.7 feet, more or less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 935 feet, more or less to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence east- erly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Sunflower Avenue for a distance of 1040 feet, more or less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for a dis- tance of 1511 feet, more or less; thence westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Sunflower Avenue for a distance of 1014 feet, more or less, to the easterly right of way line of Orange County Flood Control District, thence northwesterly following the said right of way line of Orange County Flood Control District for a distance of 398 feet, more or less; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 613 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Sunflower Avenue for a distance of 166 feet, more or less; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 557 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-i, R-4 and CR Districts, and Sectional District Maps 25-5-10 and 36-5-10 are hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 640-B. SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption.
