ORDINANCE NS-969 AMENDING THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 3272 OF PART 7, CHAPTER 2, <br />ARTICLE III THEREOF RELATING TO ONE-WAY STREETS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 3272 of Part 7, Chapter 2, Article <br />III of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended to read in <br />words and figures, as follows: <br /> <br />Section 3272. One-Way Streets. <br /> There is hereby established a system of one-way streets <br />within the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) Third Street, between French and Flower -- Westbound; <br /> (b) Fourth Street, between Santa Aha Boulevard <br /> and Ross Street -- Eastbound; <br /> (c) Fifth Street, between Ross and Mortimer -- Eastbound; <br /> (d) Santa Aha Boulevard, between Mortimer and Ross -- Westbourd;l <br /> (e) Sixth Street,between French and Mortimer -- Westbound; <br /> (f) Seventh Street, between Main and Sycamore -- Westbound; <br /> (g) Bush Street, between First and Seventeenth -- Southbound; <br /> (h) Cypress Street, between First and Bishop -- Southbound; <br /> (i) Golden Circle Drive, circular portion, north of <br /> Fourth Street -- Counterclockwise. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />days from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of May, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />VICE- MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I, MALONE, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk <br />of the Council of the city of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Ordinance <br />was introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the <br />5th day of May, 1969, and was again considered by said Council at its <br />regular meeting held on the 19th day of May, 1969, and was at said <br />meeting passed and adopted by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Rrooks, Patterson, Villa, t{errin <br /> <br />NOES, COUNCILMEN: Markel <br /> <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Thurman, Griset <br /> <br /> <br />
