ORDINANCE NS-972 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON <br />AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 646 FILED BY TEX A. AND <br />JESSIE W. BOSWELL AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP <br />8-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 646 A) <br /> <br /> WI{EREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 646 filed by <br />TEX A. and JESSIE W. BOSWELL for a change in District classification <br />from the R-1 District to the LP District, and said Commission, by its <br />Resolution No. 5886, has recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification <br />in accordance with Exhibit AA 646 A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, <br />and general welfare require the following amendment and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrround- <br />ing property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at that point where the center line of Fruit Street <br />intersects the center line of Tustin Avenue; thence westerly along <br />the center line of Fruit Street for a distance of 629.0 feet, more <br />or less; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the <br />center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 644 feet, more or less; <br />thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center <br />line of Fruit Street for a distance of 629 feet, more or less, to the <br />center line of Tustin Avenue; thence southerly along the center line <br />of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 345 feet, more or less, to the <br />point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the LP District, and <br />Sectional District Map 8-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi- <br />fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 646 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 22nd day of July, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
