ORDINANCE NS-973 AMENDING THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 3264 OF PART 6, CHAPTER 2, <br />ARTICLE III THEREOF RELATING TO ANGLE PARKING <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by amending Section 3264 of Part 6, Chapter 2, Article III <br />thereof to read in words and figures as follows: <br /> <br />Section 3264. Angle Parking. <br /> No operator shall park or stand any vehicle in any manner <br />except diagonal to the curb, entirely between the parallel <br />lines painted on the pavement delineating a parking stall, on <br />those portions of the streets next hereinbelow set out: <br /> <br /> (a) The east side of Ross Street, between Sixth Street and <br /> Eighth Street; <br /> (b) Both sides of Fourth Street, between Ross Street and <br /> French Street; <br /> (c) The south side of Walnut Street, between Parton Street <br /> and Ross Street; <br /> (d) The south side of St. Gertrude Place, between ToWner <br /> Street and Flower Street; <br /> (e) The north side of Anahurst Place, between Towner <br /> Street and Flower Street; <br /> (f) The south side of Tenth Street, between Raitt Street <br /> and Townsend Street; <br /> (g) The south side of Ninth Street, between Raitt Street <br /> and a point 110 feet west of the west property line <br /> of Raitt Street; <br /> (h) The west side of College Avenue, between Seventeenth <br /> Street and Nineteenth Street, the north 72 feet of <br /> the south 125 feet; <br /> (i) The Van Ness cul-de-sac~north of Fifteenth Street. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />days from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 22nd day of July, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~~ <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
