ORDINANCE NS-979 AMENDING ARITCLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION <br />9271.64 TO PART 7, CHAPTER 2, THEREOF RELATING <br />TO SPECIFIC PLANS FOR STREET ALIGNMENT <br /> <br /> WI~EREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Commission has recommended the adoption of Specific Plan of <br />Street Alignment No. 36 involving a portion of Bush Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing before the City Council, on notice <br />as required by law, said Council determined that said street <br />alignment plan should be adopted and that the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code be amended to show such change; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 9271.64 is hereby added to Part 7, <br />Chapter 2, Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read in <br />words and figures, as follows: <br /> <br />Section 9271.64.
