(g) The name and address of the mobile X-ray operator shall <br />be plainly printed on each side of the exterior of the vehicle <br />or trailer in letters at least three (3) inches high. The name <br />and address of the mobile X-ray operator shall appear on all forms, <br />letters, pamphlets, or other printed matter used in conjunction <br />with the unit. Neither sign nor printed matter shall contain any <br />statement, expressed or implied, that the mobile X-ray unit is <br />associated with any health department or other public or private <br />health agency. <br /> (h) The mobile X-ray operator shall give the County Health <br />Officer notice at least fourteen (14) calendar days in advance <br />concerning proposed dates, times, and places of use of the unit. <br />All such information will be forwarded by the County Health Officer <br />to the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> (i) The mobile X-ray operation shall comply with all appli- <br />cable City ordinances and resolutions while operating within the <br />City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of September, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTE S T: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
