ORDINANCE NS-1004 AMENDTNG THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY ADDING SECTION 41-740 RELATING TO SPECIFIC <br />PLAN FOR STREET ALIGNMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Commission has recommended the adoption of Specific Plan of <br />Street Alignment No. 34 involving a portion of Main Street <br />in the vicinity of Owens Drive; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing before the City Council, on notice <br />as required by law, said Council determined that said street <br />alignment plan should be adopted and that the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code be amended to show such change; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 41-740 is hereby added to <br />Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read in words and <br />figures as follows: <br /> <br />Section 41-720. <br /> <br />Specific Plan of Street Alignment <br />No. 34. <br /> <br />Main Street from Owens Drive to the North City Limits. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />days from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of March, 1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />VICE- MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
