ORDINANCE NS-1014 AMENDING THE SANTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 41-741 <br />RELATING TO SPECIFIC PLANS FOR STREET ALIGNMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Commission has recommended the adoption of Specific Plan for <br />Street Alignment No. 38 involving a portion of Alton Avenue; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing before the city Council, on notice <br />as required by law, said Council determined that said street <br />alignment plan should be adopted and ~at the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code be amended to show such change; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 41-741 is hereby added to Chapter <br />41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read in words and figures <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 41-741. Specific Plan of Street.
