4/88 MAP NOT ATTACHED <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-1017 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 656 FILED BY MARIE R. <br />SCHILDMEYER AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP <br />6-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 656-A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application 656 filed by <br />MARIE R. SCHILDMEYER proposing to reclassify from the 60-A1-7200 <br />District to the C-5 District the property hereinbelow described; <br />and said Commission, by its Resolution No. 5918, has recommended <br />APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit <br />AA 656-A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing <br />on said reclassification on published notice as required by law <br />and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and <br />general welfare require that said property be reclassified from <br />the 60-A1-7200 District the the C-5 District in accordance with <br />Exhibit AA 656-A, and that the new classification will not be <br />detrimental to the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />CDunty of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the east city limits of the <br />City of Santa Ana, said point being 664 feet, more or <br />less, south of the center line of Fairhaven Avenue; <br />thence south, along the east City Limits for a distance <br />of 760 feet, more or less; thence West along a line <br />approximately parallel to the center line of Fairhaven <br />Avenue for a distance of 355 feet, more or less, to the <br />center line of Glassell Street; thence northwesterly <br />along the center line of Glassell Street for a distance <br />of 775 feet, more or less; thence easterly, along a line <br />approximately parallel to the center line of Fairhaven <br />Avenue for a distance of 465.6 feet, more or less, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the 60-A1-7200 District to the C-5 <br />District, and Sectional District Map 6-5-9 is hereby amended to <br />show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 656-A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />days from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of May, 1970. <br /> <br />ATT EST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
