LM District <br /> <br />A. One (1) freestanding or wall sign shall be permitted on each <br /> site. <br /> <br /> B. The total area of any sign shall not exceed one (1) square <br /> foot in area for each six hundred (600) square feet of the <br /> site. Such sign shall not exceed two hundred (200) square <br /> feet for each sign, with the exception of service station <br /> signs which will be allowed a maximum area of one hundred <br /> twenty-five (125) square feet. <br /> <br /> C. Generally, <br />signs in commercial areas of this District shall be subject to <br />the standards of the C and M Districts and signs in the resiL <br />dential areas of this District shall be subject to the standards <br />of the R District. <br /> <br /> PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />All signs shall be subject to the approval of plans as per <br />Section 41-537 of this Code, the Planned Community Development <br />District. Generally, areas designated on the adopted General <br />Plan for residential, professional, commercial or industrial <br />usage shall be limited by the standards for signs permitted in <br />the R, P, or C and M Distructs. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-619.~5. Temporary Off-Site For Sale or Lease Siqns. <br />1. Number and Size of Off-site Siqns. <br /> <br />Every person engaged in the initial sale or lease of more than <br />one unit or lot of real property, if such offering be in a single <br />contiguous grouping, may be permitted to locate and construct a <br />total of three (3) temporary for sale or lease signs for the <br />purpose of advertising said single contiguous grouping of lots or <br />units for sale or lease, two (2) of which signs may be located as <br />directional off-site signs but all three (3) of which shall be <br />subject to the following standards: <br />A. The maximum size of any one sign shall be limited in area to <br /> two hundred fifty (250) square feet and the ~aximum dimensions <br /> shall be ten (10) feet by twenty-five (25) feet. <br /> <br />B. All such signs shall be so constructed so that the portion of <br /> said sign encompassing the advertising message shall be at <br /> least a height of eight (8) feet from ground level. <br /> <br />C. The name of the person, firm or entity, as well as the date <br /> the sign was erected or constructed, shall be securely <br /> placed on said sign. <br /> <br />-9- <br /> <br /> <br />
