4/88 MAP NOT ATTACHED <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-1026 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 659 INITIATED BY THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT <br />MAP 13-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 659-A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice and duly <br />held a public hearing on A~endment Application 659 initiated by <br />the Planning Commission proposing to reclassify from the R-3 <br />District to the R-3H District the property herein below described; <br />and said Commission, by its Resolution No. 5924, has recommended <br />APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 659 <br />A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing <br />on said reclassification on published notiee as required by law <br />and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and <br />general welfare require that said property be reclassified from <br />the R-3 District to the R-3H District in accordance with Exhibit <br />AA 659-A, and that the new classification will not be detrimental <br />to the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at that point where the center line of Camille Street <br />intersects the center line of Flower Street; thence westerly along <br />the center line of Camille Street for a distance of 191 feet, more <br />or less; thence northerly along a line pDrallel to the center <br />line of Flower Street for a distance of 308 feet, more or less, <br />to the center line of Myrtle Street; thence easterly for a <br />distance of 18 feet, more or less, to the center line of an alley; <br />thence northerly along the center line of said alley for a distance <br />of 663 feet, more or less, to the center line of Pine Street; <br />thence easterly along the center line of Pine Street for a distance <br />of 173 feet, more or less, to the center line of Flower Street; <br />thence southerly along the center line of Flower Street for a <br />distance of 82 feet, more or less, to the center line of the <br />extension of Pine Street; thence easterly along the center line of <br />the extension of Pine Street for a distance of 149 feet, more or <br />less; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the <br />center line of Flower Street for a distance of 372 feet, more or <br />less, to the center line of Walnut Street; thence easterly along <br />the center line of Walnut Street for a distance of 1689.3 feet, <br />more or less, to the center line of an alley; thence southerly <br />along the center line of said alley for a distance of 1,330.7 <br />feet to the center line of Camille Street; thence westerly along <br />the center line of Camille Street for a distance of 1841 feet, <br />more or less, to the center line of Flower Street; th~nee <br />northerly for a distance of 726 feet, more or less, to the center <br />line of the westerly extension of Camille Street and the POINT <br />OF BEGINNING, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-3 District to the R-3H District, <br />and Sectional District Map 13-5-10 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 659-A. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
