4/88 Exhibit A not with Ordinance <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-1031 AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT <br />TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AND THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE <br />CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That an amendment to the Contract between the <br />City Council of the City of Santa Ana and the Board of Administra- <br />tion, California Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby <br />authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, <br />marked "Exhibit A", and by such reference made a part hereof as <br />though herein set out in full. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the City Manager of the City of Santa Ana <br />is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said <br />amendment for and on behalf of said Agency. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />days from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4: That the Clerk of the Council shall certify <br />to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be <br />published in some daily newspaper printed and published in the <br />City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
