4/88 EXHIBIT NOT ATTACHED <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-1046 CHANGING DISTRICT C/~ASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 672 FILED BY NATIONAL <br />LAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AND AMENDING SECTIONAL <br />DISTRICT MAP 6-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 672A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and <br />duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application 672 filed by <br />NATIONAL LAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY proposing to reclassify from <br />the 60-A1-7200 District to the R-1 and R-2 Districts the property <br />hereinbelow described; and said Commission, by its Resolution 5934, <br />has recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with <br />Exhibit AA 672 A; and <br /> <br /> W/tEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />said reclassification on published notice as required by law and <br />does now find that the public necessity, convenienct, and general <br />welfare require that said property be reclassified from the <br />60-A1-7200 District to the R-1 and R-2 Districts and that the new <br />classifications will not be detrimental to the surrounding~property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1: <br /> Beginning at that point where the center line of Fairhaven <br />Avenue intersects the center line of Grand Avenue; thence southerly <br />along the center line of Grand Avenue for a distance of 1112.5 feet, <br />more or less; thence westerly for a distance of 121.7 feet, more or <br />less; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the <br />center line of Grand Avenue for a distance of 1112.5 feet, more or <br />less, to the center line of Fairhaven Avenue; thence easterly <br />along the center line of Fairhaven Avenue for a distance of 121.7 <br />feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the 60-A1-7200 District to the R-1 <br />District, and Sectional District Map 6-5-9 is hereby amended to show <br />said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 672 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: <br /> Beginning at that point where the center line of Fairhaven <br />Avenue intersects the center line of Grand Avenue; thence westerly <br />along the center line of Fairhaven Avenue for a distance of 121.7 <br />feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence southerly <br />along the westerly boundary line of Parcel 1, above described, for <br />a distance of 1112.5 feet, more or less; thence westerly along a <br />line approximately parallel to the center line of Fairhaven Avenue <br />for a distance of 243,0 feet, more or less; thence northerly along <br />a line approximately parallel to the center line of Grand Avenue <br />for a distance of 1112.5 feet, more or less, to the center line of <br />Fairhaven Avenue; thence easterly along the center line of Fairhaven <br />Avenue for a distance of 243 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING, <br />is hereby reclassified from the 60-A1-7200 District to the R-2 <br />District, and Sectional District Map 6-5-9 is hereby amended to show <br />said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 672 A. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
