4/88 EXHIBIT NOT ATTACHED ORDINANCE NS-1049 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 664 FILED BY O.K. EARL CORPORATION AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 8-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 664 A) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application 664 filed by O.K. EARL CORPORATION proposing to reclassify from the R-1 District to the LP District the property hereinbelow described; and said Commission, by its Resolution 5930, has recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 664 A; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on said reclassification on published notice as required by law and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general welfare require that said property be reclassified from the R-1 District to the LP District and that the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ama, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at that point where the center line of Fruit Street intersects the center line of Tustin Avenue; thence northerly along the center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 644 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing northerly for a distance of 642.8 feet, more or less; thence westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Fruit Street for a distance of 1070 feet, more or less; thence southeasterly for a distance of 478 feet, more or less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 400 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Fruit Street for a distance of 659 feet, more or less, to the center line of Tustin Avenue and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the LP District, and Sectional District Map 8-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 664 A. SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of adoption.
