4/88 EXHIBIT NOT ATTACHED <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-1053 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 663 FILED BY O. K. EARL <br />CORPORATION AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP <br />8-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 663 B) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and <br />duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application 663 filed by <br />O. K. EARL CORPORATION proposing to reclassify from the R-1 <br />District to the R-4 District the property hereiD_below described; and <br />said Commission, by its resolution 5936, has recommended APPROVAL <br />of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 663 B; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing <br />on said reclassification on published notice as required by law <br />and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and <br />general welfare require that said property be reclassified from <br />the R-1 District to the R-4 District and that the new classification <br />will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEP~EFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at that point where the center line of Williams <br />Street intersects the center line of Seventeenth Street; <br />thence southerly along the center line of Williams Street for <br />a distance of 645 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING; thence continuing southerly along the center line <br />of Williams Street for a distance of 645 feet, more or less; <br />thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the <br />center line of 17th Street for a distance of 388.6 feet, more or <br />less; thence southeasterly for a distance of 478 feet, more or <br />less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to <br />the center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 300 feet, <br />more or less; thence westerly along a line approximately parallel <br />to the center line of Fruit Street for a distance of 873.9 feet, <br />more or less; thence southerly along a line approximately <br />parallel to the center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of <br />745.26 feet, more or less, to the center line of Fruit Street; <br />thence westerly along the center line of Fruit Street for a <br />distance of 388.9 feet, more or less; thence northwesterly for a <br />distance of 1,314 feet, more or less; thence northerly for a <br />distance of 644.8 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a <br />line approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth <br />Street for a distance of 804.3 feet, more or less, to the <br />TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-4 District, <br />and ~ectional District Map 8-5-9 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 663 B. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />days from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of December <br />1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />C~E-RK OF THE COONCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
